Uncyclomedia Foundation is our overlords a group dedicated to providing lies and utter crap to people of all languages. They control all Uncyclopedia wikis that are not owned by W*kia.

They also have some very unclear and hard to tell relationship with Illogicopedia, a nonsense wiki that is much less funny than we are and uses harder words.
